To register as a self-employed worker (autónomo), we will need the following:
  • A scan or clear photo of your national passport 
  • A scan or clear photo of your NIE/work permit/refugee document with work authorization 
  • Your full residential address in Spain, or your business address (for tax and notification purposes) 
  • Your Social Security number (if you don’t have one, we can request it — please provide your city of birth and full names of your mother and father) 
  • A description of the activity or work you will carry out 
  • A Spanish IBAN for Social Security, tax, and service payment withdrawals 
  • The start date of your autónomo activity 
  • Your estimated monthly net income (income minus expenses) — this is required at the time of registration, even as an estimate
