For the incorporation of a limited liability company, we require the following documents and information.

For the incorporation of a Limited Liability Company (SL) we will require the following:

• Company share capital (amount)
• Confirmation of whether the company director/administrator will receive remuneration for their management duties (yes / no)
• Company tax address
• Company contact email and Spanish phone number
• Scan of the partners’ NIE and their national passports
• Marital status and residential address of the partners
• Scan of the spouse’s NIE (if applicable) and national passport
• All economic activities that are planned to be carried out through the company
• Confirmation of the planned date of start of activity and company incorporation
• Scan of the NIE and national passport of the ADMINISTRATOR (legal director) of the company — this person must have authorization to work in Spain or in the EU
• The ADMINISTRATOR is subject to a special regime similar to that of self-employed individuals; therefore, we will require their Social Security number and a Spanish bank account number for the direct debit of monthly Social Security contributions
• Desired company name: please indicate at least 3–5 options, ordered by priority (the first being the preferred name, the second an alternative, etc.), in case any of them are unavailable
