For the incorporation of a Limited Liability Company (SL) we will require the following:

Company share capital (amount)
Confirmation of whether the company director/administrator will receive remuneration for their management duties (yes / no)
Company tax address
Company contact email and Spanish phone number
Scan of the partners’ NIE and their national passports

Marital status and residential address of the partners
Scan of the spouse’s NIE (if applicable) and national passport
All economic activities that are planned to be carried out through the company
Confirmation of the planned date of commencement of activity and company incorporation
Scan of the NIE and national passport of the ADMINISTRATOR (legal director) of the company — this person must have authorization to work in Spain or in the EU
The ADMINISTRATOR is subject to a special regime similar to that of self-employed individuals; therefore, we will require their Social Security number and a Spanish bank account number for the direct debit of monthly Social Security contributions

Desired company name: please indicate at least 3–5 options, ordered by priority (the first being the preferred name, the second an alternative, etc.), in case any of them are unavailable
