Data we need for the registration of new employees and collaborators

The first 5 questions are mandatory in order to hire an employee:

  1. Employee’s DNI or TIE

  2. Start date

  3. Weekly working schedule. Employees must have two consecutive rest days. Example: Monday – Friday from 8:00 to 14:00

  4. Job position

  5. Social Security number

Gross or net monthly salary
If nothing is indicated, we will calculate the current legal minimum salary. NET salary is the amount the employee will receive in their bank account after taxes.

IBAN (for payments via bank remittances)
Full postal address
Email (employee’s email for payroll delivery)
Additional observations or comments for the employment contract
